SPIT Electrical Mechanics is a company located in Almelo. This company develops and repairs power electronics and electric motors for both static and rotating electrical machines. Because these components and their maintenance are important in many industries, SPIT Electrical Mechanics has many customers. Electrical machines of customers are further monitored and maintained in the meantime to keep the processes of many companies running smoothly.

Project description

Recently, SPIT Electrical Mechanics makes use of an internally developed platform to manage various projects and workloads that come up in their business processes. Previously, UniPartners helped develop a new dashboard to map out these processes more efficiently. This dashboard makes use of the project and employee databases, coupling them to make an effectively automated GANTT planner.

This planner still needs to be finished and SPIT Electrical Mechanics is looking for a student who can take the final stride in this project. A lot of work will be completed through the Bryntum GANTT JS web application, with the possible need to use PHP or SQL to couple the databases to the platform. UniPartners is looking for someone with front-end as well as back-end experience, with a focus on continuity problems for when more people use the app.
