Symrise is one of the world’s largest producers of fragrance, flavor, and nutritional ingredients, dedicated to enhancing the sensory properties and nutrition of various products. The pet food division within Symrise, called Nuvin, provides natural ingredients and in-depth expertise that helps in the development of animal nutrition that continues to meet the changing demands of consumers.
As a student consultant, you will be conducting a literature review that aligns with the ongoing research at Symrise on lysozymes. This research will focus on the functionality of lysozymes in relation to other sources of microbial muramidases and their impact on animal nutrition and animal health. You will have the opportunity to gain a glimpse of the real business world by spending a portion of your working time at the office in Barneveld!
For this project, we are looking for an enthusiastic bachelor or master student Animal Sciences, Nutrition & Health, or Food Technology. Additionally, proficiency in the English language at an academic level and experience in literature research are required.
