Smart Grid is a company specialized in developing and manufacturing sustainable large battery systems. Because these battery units are easy to transport, they can be used in a large variety of industries, ranging from construction to events. Customers themselves can adjust the battery units’ capabilities for every use by using the integrated Human Machine Interface (HMI).
Over the past few years, Smart Grid has received feedback from customers indicating that the HMI of the battery units is too difficult to understand and use because it is highly technical. Although Smart Grid themselves have already made a new and more user friendly version of this HMI, they are still looking for new ways to improve it. An external workforce can provide new insights to perfect the user friendliness of this HMI. You will conduct an analysis of the current user friendliness of the Smart Grid HMI and provide relevant insights and advice to Smart Grid for improving their HMI.
