As a student consultant, you have the opportunity to optimize RoboPharma’s customer feedback processes. You will analyze how the company currently gathers feedback from its customers and identify areas for improvement. Based on your findings, you will develop practical templates, such as questionnaires, emails, and call scripts, that RoboPharma can use in the future. Additionally, you will create clear guidelines on collecting, interpreting, and analyzing customer feedback. Your results will be compiled into a comprehensive advisory report, including all templates, guidelines, and recommendations. At the end of the project, you will present your insights and provide RoboPharma with actionable tools to enhance its customer relationships.
