Project description

Topigs Norsvin is currently using a lot of its time to request and process information from their local branches. Due to this, local processes are not as organized as preferred. Therefore, Topigs Norsvin is looking for a student consultant to get started with the firm’s long-term Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process description. Furthermore, as consultant you will map and clarify keywords to make sure all branches will use the same terminology in the future. Lastly, it is important that the significance of the process description is clarified among local branches to ensure local S&OP meetings can be organized in the future. Hence, you will be in direct contact with multiple local branches.

Student requirements

• Affinity/experience with Supply Chain is a plus
• Internationally oriented
• Good command of the English language
