Project description

This project at Topigs Norsvin focuses on implementing an advanced planning software to centralize and streamline inventory location. As a student consultant, you will be part of a project team working together through the entire trajectory, from project initiation to project delivery. You will start with a joint analysis of the current processes and collaboratively compile a long list of potential software vendors. Then, you will work together on designing the future process and selecting a shortlist of vendors. In the testing phase, you and the team will invite software vendors for pitches and demonstrations, after which you will select the best solution based on both economic and technical criteria. Finally, you will assist in the implementation and ensure the successful completion and acceptance of the project.

Student requirements

Do you have…

• Experience in project management and IT implementations;
• Knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes;
• Strong analytical and communication skills;
• Experience with planning software (a plus);
• Experience in the agricultural sector (a plus)?
