The Compound Company was founded in 2017 after Yparex and EcoForte BV decided to merge under an ovrarching name. Yparex produces adhesives with all kinds of applications in food packaging, multi-layer pipes and cables. EcoForte BV currently serves a broad customer base in the building, construction, packaging and household sectors. In 2018, The Compound Company took over Transmare. 

Projectomschrijving

As a studentconsultant, you will be tasked with conducting a customer satisfaction survey regarding the various product lines of The Compound Company. Additionally, the results from previous customer satisfaction surveys will be taken into account to identify any trends and changes.
